Got another piece of not so hot news from my domain host that my Anchor blog where I have a habit of giving out free links, will be down till at least this afternoon. So that makes it not so hot. The reason is he is transferring all the domains that he is hosting to another server, and this is hot. Since this present server is giving everyone a torrid time, especially my host who had to stay awake the whole night attending to the transfer because the servers are located in the US and he has to go along with their time zone. This won’t be too hot for him I guess.

It’s hot that he has finally decided to switch servers. Otherwise I don’t know how many more downtimes we are going to get if he stuck with the present one. So let’s hope the new servers are hot and won’t play up again. Then I won’t get so hot so I can start posting something hot.

Some not so hot news on the local papers today. The government might need all those who blogs to register their blogs. That’s terribly not hot! Just like the Ah Longs who need to register their prepaid cards, those who blog must also register their blog so that if you say something hot or something not that hot about anybody, you can be traced.

I think that fellow who proposed this is not hot at all. If this not so hot decision is approved in Parliament, all those who blogs, is not going to vote for the present lineup in the coming elections. Maybe they are really starting to notice the power of those who blog and recognise how hot and influential they can be. They are trying to stifle that new wave of the future which could very well backfire. How can you stifle up 50,000 people? That hot figure are just those who host their blogs in Malaysia, with a .my suffix. What is the true number? What about those whose domain comes with a .com or .net? Shouldn’t they start apple polishing those hot bloggers.

Like what they do in the kampungs during election season, building roads, bridges, halls and holding babies, shouldn’t they start to build bridges and roads for those who blogs as well? Shouldn’t they be ampu-ing those who blog? Rather than standing in defiance against a hot oncoming tide that could sweep them off their feet, shouldn’t they be swimming along with this new and hot tide?
